On the polycom 550 and 650 phones when your on a call there is a small display bar at the top of the screen. This display bar shows missed calls and some other info and when a second call comes in the caller ID for the second call is displayed in that small window.
This is unlike the cisco phones where the second call comes into a larger box shown below the current call. Does anyone know if there is a way to change it so that a second incoming call displays in the large section of the screen rather than that small top section of the phone?
