How do I change status on a hard phone yealink avilble, do not disturb, etc

How do BLF Type BLF Extension for quick call work on hard phone

What is the difference between a BLF type and SPEED Dial Type, they seem to be the same

You would use the 3CX phone for 'blank' to change the status of the extension. Also you could use a Dial Code from your extension.

BLFs on a desk phone can be used to dial an extension or transfer a call in progress to the extension.

BLF can call an extension but it also changes color to show if the extension is engaged in a call. Speed Dial is to dial an extension.
