Queue configuration

Hello,

I am running 3cx v15 sp5.

For any queue I see I can set an introduction message and also a message saying position every X amount of seconds.

What I also need is a message that plays once after you have been on hold for 10 seconds and a message after that, that plays every 30 seconds.

How do I set this up with 3CX?

Hi enriquev,

On play intro prompt you can add the 10 seconds message and on music on hold you can add the 30 second message that repeats.
Please note that the music on hold plays in a background while the intro prompt plays so if you need to separate the overlapping you can give more time at the end of the first message and more time at the beginning of the second message. Also music on hold in a queue is a continuous stream where the callers can hear that music from any given point in time depending on the time they call in.
