Hello,
We have had a recurring problem since switching to 3CX. Here are the steps to reproduce the problem:
- The operator receives a call on our general number.
- The caller asks to speak to a colleague who is “Away,” so she ends the call after 15 seconds to take the caller's call.
In the colleague's configuration for “Away” status, there is a rule that says the call is immediately transferred to a “Queue” where his other colleagues are.
This is where the problem arises:
- Even though the operator has interrupted her call to the colleague, the “Queue” has not stopped ringing. A colleague of the “Away” colleague answered, and the three of them ended up on the line at the same time (the caller, the operator, and the colleague who answered the “Queue”).
Can you tell me how to fix this problem?
Thank you for your help!
