Solved Queue "Destination if no answer" not working

Hi,

I have a queue with "Destination if no answer" set to send to another queue after 30 seconds of ringing, but it does not work. The first queue rings and rings, without handing off to the second destination:



Is the problem that I need to set the maximum queue wait time rather than the ring time?

I am on 3CX Version 20.0 Update 8 (Build 1121 Release).

How can I troubleshoot this?

Ring time is for polling agents on the strategy of choice.

DNA happens when maximum wait time is reached - you have it set to 1800 seconds.
