I have incoming calls from a SIP trunk routed to a Queue. The extension of this queue is 80001.

The ring strategy is Hunt by Threes Prioritized.

The ring time is 10 seconds.

For users that are in positions 4-6 and 7-9, they must wait 10 and 20 seconds respectively before they can pick up the call.

I would like to add a button on the Yealink phone whereby members of the queue can pick up the call at any point.

My understanding was that this could be achieved by using a Custom Speed Dial with a value of *20*80001.

However this does not work and I receive the message "Call/Transaction Does Not Exist" on the Yealink phone.

I can use Group Pickup by creating a Custom Speed Dial with value *20* however this is too broad as will pick up any other ringing extension. I would like it to be narrowed to that one incoming call queue only.

This is incorrect. The dial code is *20* only.

If you wish to pick up a call for a specific extension, this woud be *20*EXT but this does NOT apply to system extensions.

You could have your agents devices confgured with BLF keys for their colleagues and they can just press the BLF for one of the ringing devices.
