Hi

I'm having an issue where i cant get the queue stats to reset. This is happening on multiple instances.

I have set a time for 6 am.

the environment is

Hyper-V 2012 R2
installed from debian 9 iso
3cx fully up to date

I saw a thread that mentioned it happens when a backup is running or ntp isnt installed. I can confirm backups run at a different time, and i followed the hyper-v guide to install NTP. - i dont know if NTP requires any further config though.

does any one have any ideas?

kind regards

stuart

Hello @about

The other thing to check is if the system time is correct. Do the queue stats never reset or reset at the wrong time?

hi, yes syetem time is correct, and no it doesnt reset at any time.

did the ntp service configuring or just installing. I can see the time is correct and that the service has servers to check. but both my clients which use queues we cant get the stats to reset.

Everything you need to know regarding the NTP installation is listed here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-microsoft-hyper-v/
Do you experience other issues other than the reset of Queues? Try changing the time that the reset should take place and see if that makes a difference. If the issue persists you will need to create a ticket with our support department so they can look into the issue and determine the cause.

Hi

yes i ran the following commands from that page and then rebooted.

apt-get update
apt-get install ntp

no other issues experienced, out of office works fine at the correct times, the logs show the correct times. Literally just cant get the stats to reset.

dont suppose anyone has any further ideas on how to get them to reset, this is causing quite a few issues for our client, as they want to use the wallboard

Can you manually reset the statistics for the queue

yes, that works fine.

ok odd, it actually has just reset when i just set the time to now.

ive set for tonight and will see what happens.
