Solved Queue stop working properly yesterday

I set up a Queue 803, and I added users 500,501,502,555
500/1/2 physical phones
555 3cx app

Somehow yesterday, when calling group 803, all rings but not the 3CX app extension 555

I replaced the extension with 100, and it is working. I changed it back to 555, and it doesn't work

Solved, the solution was to set up the extension on Android. On the right, there is an option to sign in to the Queue
