Queues: Intro prompt and music on hold start at the same time

Hi,

I have setup a Queue with an intro prompt and music on hold.

The intro prompt starts playing but in the background I can also clearly hear the on hold music playing at the same time.

Is this the expected behavior and if not how can I stop it?
