It is not yet available in v20.Hey all,
The fax server is great, configured and tested.
But if a customer has multiple Fax DID numbers where each one has its own email address, how do i achieve this in V20?
the fax node is for FAX ATA and Fax Server only allows 1 Email (to 1 or more DIDs)
In V18, you could easily send Fax to Extension/email from Inbound rules, I cannot find any option anywhere to "send to Fax" option.
If this will not be included, what will happen to existing V18 that have Send to Fax configured in the Inbound rules when upgraded to V20?
Thanks
There's a limit of 10 phones per router phone...20 users with a Yealink phone as a router

Hi Nick,
Maybe there is another routing option or way I'm missing. Maybe someone else has a better method. But this is from an existing Avaya solution, so trying to mirror the same call flow.A department is a container for system extensions and users. And departments replace groups. So I cant really understand what you are trying to do when you say route to a group or department. You can route to an IVR or a Queue or a Ring Group. We have a department menu which is like a mini ring group but it has limited use. It was created for the free edition but now the free edition on SMB has full IVR included free of charge.
You can have an IVR in a department that inherits the time of the department and then route accordingly.
If you want to route in a complex way based on the time received you can write a small script and do whatever you want. See this doc about creating call processing scripts.
