Our voice mail system became disabled and would not record messages.
One of our voice mail boxes had a large number of voice mail messages, and I assume it reached the quota. We went into that voice mail box and deleted all the voice mail messages. The voice mail system stayed disabled. I found another post that indicated that the STOP_VM setting should be 0. I found that setting and changed it to 0. The voice mail system started taking messages again. I also saw a QUOTA_STOP_VM setting that was set to 1.
Should QUOTA_STOP_VM also be set to zero?
I couldn't find any documentation on STOP_VM or QUOTA_STOP_VM https://www.3cx.com/docs/parameters-table/
The settings are located at Settings->Parameters and searched for STOP_VM and found
QUOTA_STOP_VM = 1
STOP_VM = 1
