Random incoming calls to main ring group ring once then go to voicemail

Hello everyone,

Having and issue with a system where once or twice per day a call will come in to the main (only) ring group (with six members), ring the six extensions once, then go directly to voicemail. There are dozens of other calls that are received without issue.

What could cause this?

It's an amazon lightsail hosted system, 18.0 (Build 418), with the six extensions (yealink t46s) behind a raspi SBC.

This is the activity log for the most recent time it happened, but the logs are full of these messages. I've removed the domain name-
