Read instant calls

I want to read calls made instantly in my windows service. I tried to read the file ..\Logs\callhistoryreposding, but it's reading the conflict. I tried the socket, but it does not come instantly calls. What can I do to capture the instantly?

You might want to look at the CDR output. I am not sure if this is what you need, but take a look at the following:

Socket and '\CDRSingle\calls.txt' is sending data when the call ends. I want to know immediately when the number dialed.
