Hi,

Is there anyone who can help me with a Realworks XML for the CRM integration?

We’ve made decent progress, but Realworks is giving us trouble.

Below is the XML.

Code:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

<Crm xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" Country="US" Name="Realworks" Version="2" SupportsEmojis="true" ListPageSize="0">

  <Number Prefix="AsIs" MaxLength="20" />

  <Connection MaxConcurrentRequests="16" />

  <Parameters>

    <Parameter Name="CreateContactEnabled" Type="Boolean" Parent="General Configuration" Editor="String" Title="Allow contact creation directly to your CRM using 3CX Web Client" Validation="" Default="False" ListValues="" RequestUrl="" RequestUrlParameters="" ResponseScenario="" />

    <Parameter Name="ReportCallEnabled" Type="Boolean" Parent="" Editor="String" Title="Enable Call Journaling" Validation="" Default="False" ListValues="" RequestUrl="" RequestUrlParameters="" ResponseScenario="" />

  </Parameters>

  <Authentication Type="No" />

  <Scenarios>

    <Scenario Id="" Type="REST" EntityId="" EntityOrder="">

      <Request SkipIf="" Url="https://crm.realworks.nl/webservices/rest/ippbx/signaleergesprek/[ServerId]/[UserId]/[AuthToken]/01[CallId]/[Number]/220[Agent]/2/[[CallDirection].Replace("Inbound","false").Replace("Outbound","true")]/0[CallStartTimeLocalMillis]" MessagePasses="0" Message="" RequestContentType="" RequestEncoding="UrlEncoded" RequestType="Get" ResponseType="Json" />

      <Rules>

        <Rule Type="Any" Ethalon="">id</Rule>

      </Rules>

      <Variables>

        <Variable Name="Id" LookupValue="" Path="id"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="ServerId" LookupValue="" Path="[ServerId]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="UserId" LookupValue="" Path="[UserId]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="AuthToken" LookupValue="" Path="[AuthToken]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="CallId" LookupValue="" Path="[CallId]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="CallFrom" LookupValue="" Path="[CallFrom]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="CallTo" LookupValue="" Path="[CallTo]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="Status" LookupValue="" Path="[Status]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="Outgoing" LookupValue="" Path="[Outgoing]"><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="IsOutgoing" LookupValue="" Path=""><Filter /></Variable>

        <Variable Name="Timestamp" LookupValue="" Path=""><Filter /></Variable>

      </Variables>

      <Outputs AllowEmpty="false" />

    </Scenario>

  </Scenarios>

</Crm>

Hello dzuiderwijk,

Could you please communicate in English.
The code can be placed in a 'CODE' container, that will work a lot better.

What problem do you have with the CRM, could you eleborate?

Hello Paulo,

This are the value's that i need to have in the url:
owner already inserted
serverid already inserted
authkey already inserted
callid unique id of the call
callfrom
callto
status 0 1 2 3 or 4
outgoing true or false
timestamp time after 1-1-1970 in Milisec

This values i need to fill in

Most of those are unavailable. You are assuming that these would work, but they won't.

The scenario for lookup only has 2 variables. You can always add your own fixed parameters like the Auth Key and Server ID, but those aren't related to 3CX, and you need to declare them as parameters in the XML.

Particularly the "callto" is not something you can get through an XML template. If that's a must, you will not be able to create a working template.
