Receive calls from extensions with DND status

Hello,
When my extensions are in the DND state, they do not receive calls from the queue because they are disconnected, but I would like the telephone to ring when calls are transferred. Now it happens that when colleagues transfer the call the extension in DND does not ring.

DND means exactly that, regardless of the source of the call. If you want a different behavior will likely want to teach users to log in/out of queues or try using the statuses in 3CX which can give you more granular control

What about logging out of the queue instead.
