Receiving faxes using faxback

Anyone can advice if FaxBack (VoIP Plugin) works for receiving fax?
I do see a thread saying there are issues with Sending fax....

Does it only support 32-Bit OSes?

What's the goal of using faxpack instead of the 3CX builtin faxserver?

Faxback provides a host of features that the 3cx fax device just doesn't provide including some advanced routing, fax archiving, etc.
