Recepcionists adding company contacts

Hi, I wish that my recepcionist users could add company/business contacts. In this post @YiannisH_3CX https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/web-client-adding-contacts.50174/
it is mentioned an "Can manage the company phonebook" option, but I can't seem to find that. I am using Versión 20.0 Update 0 (Build 1494).

How can I achieve this?
