Receptionist Role and Multi-Company Mode

Can Someone please guide me on how to set the receptionist role and the multi-company mode?

I can't seem to find any documentation about the functions.

Also, note that when enabled, the multi-company mode is only for testing as it is a beta release. It's not for production systems, and when enabled, it will affect how extensions relate to each other regarding group rights. thanks a lot for your reply. So for the receptionist, is there actually a role to set or a box to tick? or anyone can use the receptionist view in the web portal? Thanks

you can find it under the users rights.



And under Groups you can define the Receptionist rights too.
