recommendation outdoor POE phone?

I need 3 outdoor phone that can be wall mount. I cannot find any. I was hoping for maybe one of those intercom phone, where they have speaker and and button no handset.
One of those Metal case one? Do they make phone like that? Those outdoor phone will be mounted onto the wall. They do not need to call outside, they can only call internal line.
So I would need one that have a on hook and off hook so they can press that and dial extension.

Anyone know and outdoor poe phone that look nice and compact and are compitable with 3cx?

can you recommend a few outdoor enclousure that regular phone can be mounted on? i'm using the yealink t42s. will that be good for outdoor?

Your requirements do not suggest that it must be a VoIP phone. There are many more options available, if you were to consider an analogue device, along with an ATA. Many ATAs also have internal dialplans which can restrict/modify the numbers dialled, which might be an important consideration, given the outside location.
