Recording a prompt for a digital receptionist (v20)

I'm testing a v20 on prem pbx (upgraded from v18) and I don't see a record option for the prompt in the digital receptionist settings. The documentation shows a record button next to the prompt selection box, but my install doesn't have that option.

+1 any update on this, I still see the button grey are there plans to bring back the option to pick a phone to record from, my team takes care of most of the day today, so I honestly have not noticed this until now.

This and shared park via dummy extension are the last 2 things holding us back from upgrading just about everyone of our clients to V20. These are relatively small items but they are big obstacles for end users.
I must say though the more I use V20 the more impressed I am

Does it even matter for these votes? So many people are asking for the function to be returned like it used to work and no progress....no updates......
