Recording and Original Caller ID needed

I need the following features to both work on the same call.
1. Call recording and Transcription
2. Originating caller ID shown when the call is sent to an external number.

Setup - (Version 20.0 Update 7)
Dummy extension that forwards after hour calls to 3rd party.

1. When using "Forward external calls to" "external number" the original caller id is forward to the 3rd party, BUT that call does not get recorded its just dead air.
2. When using "Forward internal calls to" "My Mobile" the original caller id is NOT forward to the 3rd party, BUT the call is recorded and transcribed.

please elaborate on how to set that up besides just clicking the check box.

I cant set the extension to forward to an external number and ring my mobile as the same external number.
When you do that 3cx changes the forward from external number drop down of to the mobile option in the drop down menu and does not pass the original caller id

Hello night1,

We use this config, where the call will follow the number setup in the 'Mobile number' field.
However, we do not use/care about the number being send out, and therefor not sure about that, please try it yourself if this will help with your setup.
We do get a recording and transcription of the call.
