Hello to all wise people out there,

I've been searching for the format of recording file name and came across this which is useful but lack the final piece information.
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/format-of-recordings-file-of-name.60375/

According to the 3CX support the format is as below:
Eg: [1126]_1126-07554253592_20180717120127(1004).wav
[DisplayName]_Extension-CalledNumber_YearMonthDayHourMinuteSecond(InternalCallIdentifier)

So the question is : what is InternalCallIdentifier(the last part) and where can I obtain this data ?

Any plans from 3CX's end to open up the recording URL as a predefined variable to be used in CRM integration?

CallID should be logged with the call in the activity log or can be recovered using the support bin viewer.

Any predefined variable that i can get this InternalCallIdentifier data?

When a call is received by 3CX, it is assigned a HistoryID that follows the call from one leg to the next. In addition to the HistoryID, a CallID is assigned to every leg of the call. The CallID is NOT unique, so you can't use it as a key. For example, if you restart your 3CX server, the CallID is reset back to 1. Does that help explain what it is? You can get this information using the 3CX Call Control API by subscribing to call events.
