Recording Filename with BLF pickup from Queue

Hi,
After upgrading I have difficulty with the filename of some recordings.

When an agent picks up a call by pressing the BLF of another operator, the filename shows [agent name]_202-204_20190909224843(15153) where 202 is the extension picking up and 204 is the extension that was ringing with the queue call. This makes it difficult to find calls from a CID by filename.

The timestamp is also UTC which is annoying but not the end of the world.

I have asked that they do not pickup calls from the queue by this method but... you know, they do it anyway!

Is there a question here? You don't mention what you upgraded from/to or what you are looking for. I assume previous recording file names had the CID (number/name?) in the filename?

the question is, Why does the filename of the recording no longer show the incoming caller ID when the call is picked up by pressing a flashing BLF for another extension where the call is ringing?
Yes, it used to do that, until about ver15.
Currently on 16.0.273 Pro 32 calls
