Recording messages on the fly

Hey guys,
I have a question from a prospect:
They like to have a day off occasionally and would like to record a message for the following day (when they have it off) and then have that message play in afterhours mode, without having to have me record the message for them and set it to active (like the old phone system answering machines).
Does anyone know if this is possible?

You could have calls go to an extension. User can have extension on their mobile app and they can change the greeting by calling the voicemail.
