Solved Recording Remaining Space not working

Hi All,

The management console is not displaying the remaining space on the recordings section, it just shows as -



The drives are mounted and the correct usable space is shown when using df -h on the command line. Recordings work fine but just stop when it runs out of space, no notifications as it cannot see the space remaining.

How do I get 3cx to see the space remaining?

Ok as per our PM the feature now works as intended. For other users reading this:

- Make sure you create a dedicated recordings subfolder in your mounted drive. Avoid using the root folder of a drive in linux

- Give it ownership and grouping with RWX rights for the user "phonesystem" or if in doubt copy the rights/ownership that the default folder has

- Point your recordings to this new folder via the management console
