Recordings console time out

Hi guys,

When going to Recordings in 3cx's console we get the following error as attached:

The recording folder is about 1TB in size.

Is there a way to get the recordings console to show without creating a new folder where future recordings should reside? Is it perhaps a tweak in NGINX to wait longer?

Windows version 15.5 SP6

Improvement to recordings are coming in V16 - https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v16-beta-raspberry-pi-pbx/

Have you tried moving some of the recordings out to another folder to see if you can access the recordings within the 3cx console

Hi Saqqara,

When I create a new folder for the recordings as a work around it works. I think V16 with archiving is the solution. With v15.5 its going to complicate a few things when end users are going to try and search for old recordings when I create a new folder.
