Recordings with 180 Days of retention, disappeared from local disk but not from Admin Console

Hello everyone,

I've got some troubles with recordings, in admin console Records don't seem to be removed, but when I try to download a file, Server says that file does not exist anymore.
After a search in all subdirectories of /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Recordings, no more recordings are older than the request of 180 days of retention.



I want to remove all informations in the admin console but I can't select all the wished records, only page per page... I have way to much records to do it manually.

Does anyone as an idea ? Encountered this trouble ?

the black square indicates the file has been moved to archive location.

the list you see is just for reference.

you would need to press the purge button to remove all.

Does the Purge keeps the 180 days of retention ?

Where are you doing the 180 day retention?

purging will straight up delete.

I 've used archive in the past, and I just want to remove the archived ones not the local...
180 Days of retention are declared in the Quotas :

oh just purge archived recordings then and they'll go.

That's exactly what I want to but I can't choose or filter archived ones. When I click on purge I don't have your purge window :



I'm on V18 by the way.
