Calls come into the ring group, a particular extension (113) in that ring group wants to enable Call Forward Always on the phone to send that incoming ring group to another extension (112).
112 is also part of that same incoming ring group call. I have a theory that it redirects to voicemail because 112 ringing as part of that ring group marks it as busy?
Is this possible? Testing this seems to cause the call to immediately redirect to the voicemail of the extension that is configured in the CFA destination.
