I have searched through the forums and not seen a definite answer to this question.
Our VOIP Provider has redundant ip's that we can connect to for the same DID. A call to the DID 111 222 3333 can come into the 3cx from xxx.itel.com OR yyy.itel.com. This is their method of load balancing and fail-over.
I see that most of the major, world class providers use this topology.

Can I put both ip's (or FQDN) into the "SIP server hostname or IP" field using comma separated values?
[xxx.itel.com,yyy.itel.com]

Does anyone know if the 3cx system simply authenticates the first one or both?
Is there a better way to enter this into the VOIP Providers?

Thank you for your help
