Hey guys,

I have a client running a cloudbased 3cx server.
They have 3x t54w phones and 1x t46s, 1x wb60.
only two of the 54w deskphones are working, the rest wont provision and stuck on "registering"
the two that are working have had multiple issues themselves.
20sec delay calling out, unable to answer calls, one phone starts ringing 15sec after the other, long delay in calling extensions and transferring calls.

mind you this started 4 days ago.

Original setup was a teltonika rut240, poe switch and optus sim with static ip.
i replaced the sim card, then changed the rut240 to a netcomm NL1901ACV.
I changed the poe switch to another one to rule out a faulty switch.
all phones have been updated to current listed firmware as per 3cx recommendations.
all phones have been factory reset multiple times.

we also tested in a huawai b818 with a telstra simcard with same issues.

i took a t54w home and tested in a nokia fastmile 5g modem running on an optus sim card.

sip alg settings have been tested all on, all off, some on and some off.

I have set a specific stun port in 3cx, the phone and opened in the port forwarding with no luck.

When the phone is factory reset it will pick up all the settings from 3cx but the phone is inoperable.

ive deleted and re added users in 3cx as well.

I'm not sure where to go from here?

Hi @chidow

Are you using an SBC or are the phones directly connected to the PBX using STUN?

It turns out there was a server redirecter inbetween.
So it went deskphone - server redirecter - 3cx.

we had the phones deleted from the redirector and then i logged into the webclient and created a "router Phone" then added "normal" phones after this. This fixed the provisioning issue and the delay is gone.

@YiannisH_3CX no SBC. I do think the "router phone" acts as one now though?

The router phone will act as an SBC if you set it up as one. If you have not done that then I would recommend doing so.

Provisioning method is SBC Remote, then for the other device its also SBC remote but with ext 100 as SBC
