We had tried 3 different gateways and arrived at the same result. it would take exactly 10 rings upon rejection of the callee before the busy tone is sent to 3cx webclient.
We tested it on softphones and IP Phones and this issue was not present.
We could see cancel request sent to 3cx through wireshark capture.
It seems like an issue in Webrtc?
Any Idea with regards to this matter? Thanks
By the way, we cannot use softphones since the OS of the client's PC are all linux based.
