Remote 3cx not working

Hi to All,

I am new to 3cx, i just install it to my machine and all the local soft phone in my network are working fine but when i try to use it outside of my network it said that the authentication are failed i don't know what to do next. I appreciate your help.

Check your trunk provider settings. Make sure that your credentials are correct and that both the trunk and extension settings all show as being registered (green),
