I receive a call using the windows softphone

I use the PC Speakers and Logictech WEb CAM C310

The microphone in the 3CX Windows client is set to 2-HD WEB CAM C310

The Speaker is set to Real-Tek High Def Audio

Echo Cancellation is checked

On The 3CX Client side the sound is great but on the caller side they here a slight echo

Any advise would be appreciated

It is not advised to use speakers. Speakerphones are designed to eliminate a lot of the speaker audio to minimise echo, not so much if you use a PC (speakers) and a VoIP application. You are best off using a headset unless there are multiple people that need to hear the audio, in that case mute the mic when it isn't being used.

Makes sense now that I think about it.

Thanks
