Remote Extension Registers But Cannot Make/Receive Calls

I have set up a remote extension (3CX iPhone) that registers fine, but when I attempt to make a call, the call gets rejected by 3CX as an unknown user. The log report is below. Any help would be appreciated.

Note:
serverAddress is the address of the 3CX server (Version 10)
phoneIP is the IP address of the remote phone (3CX Phone - iPhone version)

Hi, if you use the IPhone on the local network via Wifi does it work ok?

Are you sending to an IP or a URL ( the serveraddress) ? If a URL, then that must be entered as the SIP Domain in 3CX.

iPhone works fine on the local network via WiFi. Only when connecting via "External Server" do I have a problem.

The server address is a URL (FQDN) and has been set in 3CX in the Settings | Network | Public IP. Is there another place to set it?

I found and changed the server address setting under Settings | Advanced | Advanced Tab | Settings for Direct SIP Calls | Local SIP Domain and the remote extensions were able to make calls.

I do still have a problem where the audio is not coming through. I have the extension option "PBX Delivers Audio" checked, but I am receiving a "No RTP packets were received" message in the log.

This sounds like it may be a firewall issue.
