Hi,

We've experienced a strange issue for a while whereby remote extensions configured to connect via Tunnel are unable to register until I restart the tunnel proxy service, after I restart the service they are able to register for roughly a few days before being unable to register again, that is until I restart the service which fixes the issue temporarily before it invariably recurs a few days later.

We are running V14 SP2 at the moment, waiting for the release of v15 SP2 until we upgrade.

I can ping our FQDN from all remote clients
Local firewall is not enabled on the remote machine
Nothing immediately glares out in the event logs at the time the remote extension last unregisters from our 3cx server.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

I am having this same problem. Anybody have any thoughts?

This is a common problem with SBC's. It is usually caused by a connection that is up/down a lot. Find the tunnel service in the control panel services applet and set it to restart on first two tries.

I had this issue too and couldn't find a solution. Built a new server and went to V15 and haven't had any issues with the tunnel.

Same issue here, it happens randomly.v14 sp3
