Hi,
We've experienced a strange issue for a while whereby remote extensions configured to connect via Tunnel are unable to register until I restart the tunnel proxy service, after I restart the service they are able to register for roughly a few days before being unable to register again, that is until I restart the service which fixes the issue temporarily before it invariably recurs a few days later.
We are running V14 SP2 at the moment, waiting for the release of v15 SP2 until we upgrade.
I can ping our FQDN from all remote clients
Local firewall is not enabled on the remote machine
Nothing immediately glares out in the event logs at the time the remote extension last unregisters from our 3cx server.
Any suggestions are much appreciated!
