Remote to Server to other Remote

In final testing phases and hit a snag.
Does anyone know if the 3CX phone system is capable of a remote phone calling another remote phone with no errors?
Ill put the not sure if its important parts in ()

Situation
remote phone (on cable modem)
to another
remote phone (on DSL)
= No audio, yet it rings..

Remote phones (on cable modem or DSL)
to main system
with phone (cable modem)
All phones works good for the most part other than about a 10 second delay before audio flows.

Any advice would be great!!

Sounds like firewall issues. Try a PBX delivers audio ON for your remote extensions.

Thanks for the reply. not sure what router on the hop has the firewall issue.
remote phone 1 to server has worked good (cable to cable).
It seams to be when we tried the new remote phone at the dsl location.
So I'll start at the dsl router.

Be sure that you don't have a port conflict (previously installed VoIP device using the same port), at the DSL location. Remote locations, with a single device, generally, don't require any special port forwarding to be set-up. Also check the 3CX log to see what IP and port the device is registering with, it should show the public IP, along with the port.
