removal or 61 from called id in australia

Hi Guys,

we currenty use 3CX in house and are having issues with when users are calling in the phone system is showing the number with a 61 infront of it, is there anyway to remove this.

for local and mobile calls its coming in as 61 0000 0000.

is there anyway to fix this.

ive had a look an added the CID formatting however it still doesnt seem to work. are you able to provide a screenshot of how you would remove the 61 from the inbound CID and replace it with a 0.

on inbound settings for your SIP trunk you need to replace the string
61(.*)
with string
0\1
that's all

eventually also:
+61(.*)
with
0\1
