Remove DND

Is there a way to remove the DND button from the yealink t46 phones? I’m using the professional license. Do I need the enterprise and if so how would I remove the button option?

or is there another option to force the users into available during office hours.

DND soft button removal would require a custom template.

i have removed the DND button from all of our t29g and T48s by going into the template (not custom), and add the following line under the DND section:

features.dnd.allow = 0

I have also modified a few other options like power saving, screensaver, and mute\hold power LED in the template. The only bad thing is that everytime there's an update to 3cx, i have to go and modify the settings again.

Hi,

Avoid modifying your default templates as this would make you ineligible for support and also may cause stability problems. This file should only be modified by the system, not admins/users (and will be overwritten at some point as you are already aware).
