Remove prompt "press star to contact the operator"

I am setting up our group voicemail for my company. I have a custom voicemail greeting set up for when we are unable to answer a call. Immediately after my greeting comes an automated prompt saying "record your message and press pound or press star to contact the operator". Is there anyway to get rid of the part that says "press star to contact the operator", as I do not need this option for my line of business.

You would have to replace that recording, on 3CX, (probably) with a second of silence. The location will depend on the OS you are running. See...

Yes this message is part of 3cx audio files, then as you can't change audio file content directly in running prompt set, you need to do a lot changes to replace properly and not loose your override each time 3CX update prompt set.
So you need to duplicate prompt set an give it a new name, edit or change content in audio file, don't change file names, and respect audio format to register wav file as expected by pbx.
Set 3CX to use your new prompt set, and reboot pbx to be sure everything is running with new prompt set.
then change prompt set settings in extensions to use the new one and reprovision phones to be ok.
Now test , it should be ok.

Future prompt set update from 3cx won't wipe your modified one, but it wont be updated at all execpt by you manually.
