I've used the dialogue in Phones > Ext > Phone Provisioning in Enterpise to update my phone wallpaper (Yealink T48G)

I had a misstep with the first, so I now have 3 files uploaded, which seem to now form the screensaver (so I have the 3CX wallpaper, my new wallpaper, and my previous version cycling when phone not in use).

This is not a problem, in fact is a nice feature, but in order to manage it properly I need to be able to delete previous versions, but there's only an upload button.

Does anyone know where the image files for handset templates are saved so I can have a rummage around on the server and delete the ones I don't want (or is there a better way)?

If on Windows - check here:
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\%%secret_dir%%\
There is a logo folder here, so it may be here as well.

Thanks Craig. The one's I uploaded are in the Logo folder in a sub folder called Customlogo.

Thanks!

Update: removed file and factory reset handset and all good!

Thanks Craig.

Hi Alex,

As for your existing phones, they will either have to be reset and reprovisioned to remove the other images, or you can log on the device UI and remove them manually.

Our provisioning will only provide the single, last file you selected from the drop down.
