Today I want to renew License Key (Expired today) to refresh the activated day.
Have the error message:

3CX failed to establish a TCP connection to activation.3cx.com.
Ensure that the local or border firewalls are configured to allow outbound traffic to activation.3cx.com

Version: 15.5 Update 6 (Build 15502)
OS:Windows
Install on Google Cloud

V15 is EOL , just backup , deinstall, install latest v16 and restore your backup during install, then check if your key is seen active or not.

However, I have a lot of customization on version V15.5, ex., CFD, salesforce script.. I am afraid that it needs to take some effort to rework again. Is there any other solution to stay on V15.5 and can renew the license manually?

There is but some rework is not really an excuse. v16 has been out for almost two years now and v15.5 was EOL/Unsupported as of July.

For the answer, you should check your email. 3CX has been sending emails out since August that they would be updating the SSL certificates which are required to activate 3CX on 9/15/2020 and that you would need to update to v16 Update 6 or v15.5.6a . In that email are links to the download you will need. This would have been sent to all partners (and I assume affliates) and I assume to customers who weren't already up to date.

Thanks, after update to Build 15.5.20000.6, it can work now.

Ok good. Now get to work on re-writing that CFD stuff! At some point something might really break and you'll be stuck and nobody wants that to happen.
