Renewed License not refreshing

I am currently running on the latest patch of V18. I am in the process of working to update as the automatic update has failed on all 4 systems we have. It just goes to lala land.I have paid and renewed 3 of my licenses within the last month. Two of them refreshed without issue. The last system is failing to upgrade license. I get this error instead and no the license key has not changed. license_error.HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request I could use some guidance on how to fix this. I am luck it is my own office and not any of our clients.
