Hello everyone. We have a customer that we had setup on a perpetual Enterprise license a while back. When the perpetual licenses were eliminated they were switched to an annual. They are up for renewal in the beginning of December but they don't want to stick with Enterprise, they want to go with Pro to keep the costs down. So I got a Pro key so I can replace the Enterprise key, but I can't find a place to replace the key anywhere. Can someone let me know where I can do this at? I can't edit the key in the management interface, and when i click on manage key it takes me to the login page for the 3CX account associated with their system, but when I login there I can't change anything either. Really don't want to reinstall the OS and restore from backup for something as simple as a key replacement, and I'm sure 3CX isn't going to make us do that so I'm pretty sure I'm just blind and not seeing it.
