Hi

I want when for example someone call 0788038841 the outbound rule to remove all digits and replace to new destination. All 10 digits.

Will this be possible?

Saqqara, I think maybe I miss something here.
I only have the option to strip up to 9 digits?

I want to strip all 10 digits, please explain.

My mistake, yes you can only strip max of 9 numbers.

Is there a way to access the database and change the max digits to strip?

I do not believe it is possible to change the maximum number of digits you can strip. You can, however, write a service that utilizes the 3CX Call Control API to monitor for calls to certain numbers and divert the call to the desired number. It's not easy, but it is possible.

I believe that this has been requested (remove more digits), in a feature request. Perhaps upvote?

Depending on your requirements you can always use Outbound caller ID reformatting to replace the whole number with another.
https://www.3cx.com/docs/cid-reformatting/
Please note that outbound caller ID reformatting only replaces Outbound parameters that are set to OriginatorCallerID.

To replace a whole number you can set the source pattern to be (..........) in which every dot (.) represents a number. In you case you will need 10 dots. In the replace Pattern fill in the desired number.

But this isn't a Caller ID issue, it is a complete replacement of a dialled number (longer than 9 digits) and the inability to do that in outbound rules.

You are of course correct. I misunderstood the issue entirely. There are a couple of threads in the Ideas section that you can upvote regarding this
