We use Office365 and have our system set up to use support as the address that sends users messages (welcome emails, voicemails)
Is there a way to change the reply to address from the support address for voicemails (or both) when using Office365? It's available with the custom setting, but not with O365.
I supposed I could use custom smtp and set up Office 365 on that, it would be nice if the welcome email reply address is support while the voicemail reply address is NoReply. Users tend to reply to a voicemail email with a message to the person who left the message and those come to our support desk. Sometimes the messages are inappropriate. Other times, the out of office replies come in. We'd like to eliminate those from our support address.
Thanks
