Solved Report for extension status

Hello,

Is there a report to show an extension's status during the day?
For example, if they were available, DND, Away, etc.

v16 or v18.

I'm afraid there exists no such Report, but, if you want to check a particular extension for a specific time period, you could potentially be able to find this information by looking through the 3CX Logs. This of course provided that the 3CX PBX was in Verbose Logging mode during that time.
