Is there a way to report (in ONE report) calls to more than one external number? We are trying to track calls made to the same place, but with all 3 of their numbers (since sometimes folks accidentally use the toll or canadian number instead of US toll free). I've tried every character I can think of between the list of number, but it doesn't like any of them.

Dump the CDRs to Excel/CSV and massage there.

Hi cadbrowne

You are looking at doing some work here, but the solution you are looking for is under Settings > CDR

https://www.3cx.com/docs/cdr-call-data-records/

Once you import into Excel with comma delimiting, your columns should be very easy to filter

If you are prepared to use CDRs - either with an existing file or by collecting them as calls are made - then I have a solution for you:

The latest version of the CallSequitur software (for Windows) has a 'Pro' mode which enables a deep dive into CDRs to filter out cases such as yours where there may be multiple identical search parameters. In your case I think you want to pull out calls that meet conditions such as:
ToNo='A-Number' .or. ToNo='B-Number' .or. ToNo='C-Number' (this is to show the logic, replace the A, B & C number with the actual numbers you want to pull out, but keep the quotes. Be aware if any numbers are international then they might start +1. Having found your data there are a couple of different ways of reporting on it.

Unfortunately the documentation has yet to catch up... It's always the way!

27July update: Note the 'Pro' mode is not enabled by default. After the first program run & exit, locate the CallSequitur.ini file in C:\users\USERNAME\Appdata\Local\CallSequitur\ and edit the [View Calls] section and change to 'Pro Mode=Yes' & re-save.
