Request for product recommendation - DECT VOIP binnaural headset

I have a customer after a product recommendation: -

“I would like a DECT VOIP binaural headset (preferably Plantronics) which enables me to listen to Spotify on my Windows 10 PC and if I receive an incoming call (3CX) I can answer the call on the headset. Once finished with the call, the music will continue to play without my having to return to the computer?”

Any thoughts or suggestions greatly appreciated.
