Required 3CX version for non-standard CRM

Hello,

I have attempting to intergrate our 3CX with our zammad ticket portal. We are using 3CX version 15.5.
I have tried using XMl files that others state have worked for them and I have attempted creating new ones using the CRM template wizard.
Whenever I try to upload an XML file the portal states that the XML file is invalid.

From another person I gathered that similair behaviour was experienced while using 3CX V15 and that this was resolved after updating to V16. Is it possible that using a older release could be what is prohibiting me from uploading an XML file for a non-standard CRM? I have attached the XML file that I am trying to upload.

3CX v15.5 supports CRM templates, but lacking many features, you would need to remove the unsupported features to stay in v15.5. This is not recommended, you should upgrade to v16 instead.

When you create the template using the Wizard, it will use the v16 format, so upgrading to v16 will fix the issue if the template works fine from the tool.
