This method 3CX Call Control API is currently disabled.

Can you send us the documentation that was previously available?

3CX does not provide a URL you can call to make a phone call AND receive back a response. To get the success/failure of the call, you would need to place the call, then monitor the results separately by subscribing to call events.

We have been asked by 3CX to not share any documentation, but you may be able to Google and find an old link somewhere.

With that in mind, 3CX has announced that with 3CX V18 they will be providing a REST API and Gateway Service. No details have been provided yet on what APIs will be available, nor any details about what can be done with the Gateway Service, but I suspect your needs will be handled by these tools.

We do not have an official release date, but my best guess is 3rd quarter of this year for V18 and then the gateway service will be released separately with SP1 or SP2 (maybe December 2021)? That's just a guess based completely on rumor.
